I was blown away by Marilyn’s dedication and positive attitude. We got on like a house on fire and Marilyn inspired me to start doing daily exercise. It costs nothing to walk, jog or run and since I’ve started to hit the park to blow away the cobwebs I’ve noticed a huge difference in my mood and stress levels.
