I had a fun afternoon juicing with the fabulous wellbeing guru Liz Earle. Here Liz shows me how to make her Beety Energiser, a super quick and delicious recipe to help boost energy levels. I’m a complete sugar addict so I will be trying to ditch my chocolate break for this juice instead. If you love a red bull or diet coke, which can be just as addictive, especially when you need an afternoon kick, try swopping it for a healthy juice instead.
